Checking In: After 1:00 PM

Check Out Time: 12:00 Noon. Can be extended upon request.

Backing Into Your Space: Please have the management assist you. Damage to the utilities can cause loss of service to the entire park and you will be asked to pay reasonable costs of repair.

Slide outs: Self supporting only.

Speed Limit: 10 mph

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Visiting Children: Must be accompanied by an adult

Messages and Mail: Emergency calls will delivered when received. Others will be placed in your box located in the .COM room/mail room

Bath, Laundry, Rec Hall: Open 24 hours. No smoking or pets in any building please!

Electric Heat: Not allowed.

Dump Stations: Inquire at office for locations.

Propane: Check office or news letter for filling times.

Pets: Restrictions apply. Insurance company says, NO Pit-bulls, Rotweilers, Chows, Shepards, or Dobermans. All others must be attended, on a hand held leash, and picked up after at all times.

Your Premises: Patio items ONLY! Please keep it tidy, clean, and reasonably quiet. Planting, digging, or tying down are not permitted. Storage of miscellaneous items are to be out of sight of front view. "For Sale" signs are not permitted. No sheds, clotheslines, or concrete blocks. Two vehicles max per site.

Garbage: A dumpster is located in front of the RV storage area. No other outside containers are permitted.

RV Accessories: RV type ONLY! Support jacks, sewer hoses, wheel covers, screen rooms, and TV antennas all need to be RV type. Gas tanks and air conditioners installed on RV and of RV type. RV or small portable steps. Phone hookup requires 50ft yellow quick disconnect cord.

Maintenance: Please advise us if repairs or maintenance are needed.

Car/RV Washing: Permitted.

Fishing Dock: No diving please - water is too shallow.
